A Naples man was charged with possessing a weapon after being arrested on an unrelated warrant.
Deputies in Ontario County say that Justin P. Smith, 35, of Naples was arrested for second-degree criminal possession of a weapon after he was found to be possessing a loaded unregistered revolver when he was arrested in Naples. He was arraigned in Naples Town Court and remanded to the Ontario County Jail in lieu of $5,000 cash bail or $10,000 secured bond.
He will answer the charges in Naples Town Court at a later date.
